Ear infections can also occur if you don't do the preventive maintence required for your cocker. Some ear infections can get so bad it can threaten your dog's hearing. Skin problems such as oily, flaky skin, and stinky skin is another issue to be aware of. This can arise from food allergies, environmental allergies, and flea infestations.
